Parma Ham & Fig Parcels


The combination of the salty parma ham and sweet fig is delightful! Make ahead and keep in the fridge until ready to serve.

Serves 10
395g (14oz) sliced Parma Ham * 200g (7oz) ready-to-eat dried figs * 170g (6oz) mild soft goat’s cheese

Tear the Parma Ham into 2-3 strips. Cut each fig in half or quarters depending on their size, remove the woody stalks and spread a teaspoon of goat’s cheese on the cut half of the fig. Roll the fig with parma ham into a bundle. Keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
