You know when Summer starts as the Aperol Spritz comes out. My first taste was in a Piazza in Venice with my cousin Nina at a family gathering. Heavenly refreshing.
Serves 1
Put ice into a large glass. Add 3 parts Prosecco, 2 parts Aperol and 1 part soda water. Garnish with a slice of orange.
